We have assisted in the formation of local banks in Phoenix and elsewhere in Arizona, including the former United Bank of Arizona, for which we served as outside counsel from its inception until its sale to Citibank. We serve a number of national and local banks that have Arizona operations, and we act as local counsel to a number of out-of-state lenders.
